Our box office is located next to the main venue gates. The box office is open on show days only; opening at approximately the same time our parking lots open.
Give yourself plenty of travel time and check for the latest traffic alerts before leaving. Traffic can be heavy prior to and after events, so please be patient, follow the instructions given by police and staff and please be respectful of our neighbors' properties.
Shuttle service will be available for select concerts at The White River Amphitheatre in 2017.
DROP-OFF - PICK UP ZONE
Enter at Highway Gate 2 and follow the signs to the Pickup/Drop-Off Zone. Several taxi companies service the Amphitheatre and they are usually found at this location.
ADA PARKING & ENTRANCES
ADA parking is accessible by entering at Highway Gate 2 or 3. Upon arrival, please follow the traffic signs to our ADA parking lots.
Accessible parking is available close to the main entrance; please enter at either Gate 2 or 3 and follow the signs to the nearest available ADA parking.
ADA compliant service animals are welcome. All other animals are prohibited from entering the venue.
Limited mobility and wheelchair seating locations are available for purchase on a first-come, first-served basis.
General parking is free.
Star Parking in the venues premium paved front parking lot may be purchased in advance. Availability is limited on a first come, first served basis. Please call ahead to confirm availability.
All General Parking should enter at GATE 1 (The first gate you will approach traveling from Auburn) or GATE 3 (The first gate you will approach traveling from Enumclaw /Highway 410).
All ADA Parking should enter at GATE 2 (The second gate you will approach traveling from Auburn or Enumclaw/Highway 410).
STAR Parking should enter at GATE 2 (The second gate you will approach traveling from Auburn or Enumclaw/Highway 410).
Taxi's, Drop off's and Pick up's should enter at GATE 2 (The second gate you will approach traveling from Auburn or Enumclaw/Highway 410).
From the North:
From Seattle/Bellevue/Eastside area:
I-405 South to SR 169/Maple Valley Hwy (Exit 4)
Travel SR 169 South through towns of Maple Valley and Black Diamond to SE 400th Street (approx 22.5 miles).
Right onto SE 400th to SR 164
Left onto SR 164 South; venue is on the right.
From Tacoma/Kitsap Peninsula area:
I-5 to Puyallup/River Road (Exit 135)
SR 167 through Puyallup to SR 410 East
Travel SR 410 through towns of Bonney Lake and Buckley (approx. 15 miles)
Left onto 244 th Ave SE to SR 164-(turn is beyond Buckley after you cross the White River).
Left onto SR 164
Venue is 5 miles on left.
From the South:
I-5 to SR 512 (Exit 127)
SR512 to SR 410 East
Travel SR410 through towns of Bonney Lake and Buckley (approx. 15 miles).
Left onto 244th Ave SE to SR 164-(turn is beyond Buckley after you cross the White River).
Left onto SR 164
Venue is 5 miles on left.
Mixed Drinks are available for purchase in the venue's two outdoor Cocktail Court plazas, and the Exclusive Eagle Club (additional fee for entry). Beer and Wine is available in multiple locations throughout the plaza and lawn areas, as well as in the newly renovated in the River Lodge Beer and Wine Hall.
Please note: You must be an adult 21 & over to purchase and consume alcoholic beverages Proper identification is required. White River Amphitheatre has a zero tolerance policy for underage drinkers.
The "Will Call" window is located at the front of the Box Office, next to the main entrance gates. The Box Office usually opens at the same time the parking lots open, generally 2 hours before the posted show time. For additional information, please contact the venue.
BAG CHECK POLICY
All bags will be checked by security prior to entry into the venue.

ALCOHOL, AUDIO RECORDING DEVICES, DRUGS, LARGE BACKPACKS, FROZEN WATER BOTTLES, LARGE BAGS OR PURSES, COOLERS, UMBRELLAS, TALL-BACKED OR LOUNGE-STYLE LAWN CHAIRS (beach-style chairs allowed for some shows; contact the venue for info), CANS (INCLUDING AEROSOL SUNSCREEN, BUG REPELLANT OR HAIR SPRAY), GLASS, FIREWORKS, PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY EQUIPMENT, VIDEO CAMERAS, I-PADS/TABLETS, SELFIE-STICKS, FIREARMS, WEAPONS, KNIVES, CHAINS, SPIKED JEWELRY/CLOTHING/FOOTWEAR OR ACCESSORIES, GLOW STICKS, SIGNS, BANNERS, BEACH BALLS, FOOTBALLS, BOTTLES OR CONTAINERS OF ANY NATURE, LARGE BLANKETS, TENTS, and TARPS.

Professional-style cameras with detachable lenses, audio & video recording devices are not allowed inside the venue. Small personal cameras that fit in ones pocket are allowed. Policy is subject to change without notice.
SAFETY & MEDICAL
We make every effort to create a safe environment. Public and private security and medical staff will be present throughout the entire event. The Amphitheatre has a well staffed medical station near the main entrance gates. For further questions, please contact the venue.
Security Patrols will be in place before, during & after the event. A team of safety officers will be patrolling the venue and parking lots around the clock to ensure a safe and secure concert experience for all.
ATM's are located throughout the venue.
Water fountains are located throughout the venue outside of each restroom building. Bottled water is also available for purchase inside the venue.For further questions, please contact the venue.
FOOD & BEVERAGES
We are proudly serving locally sourced produce, responsibly raised meats, and vegetarian options at all Live Nation Amphitheatre's, including the White River Amphitheatre.
There is a great selection of food and beverages available at White River Amphitheatre, catering to a wide variety of tastes.
Wine, beer and frozen drinks are available throughout the site. Liquor is available in our age-restricted areas and of course we have non-alcoholic beverages available everywhere.
