BOX OFFICE

Our box office is located next to the main venue gates. The box office is open on show days only; opening at approximately the same time our parking lots open.

LOCAL TRAFFIC 

Give yourself plenty of travel time, consider alternate routes and check for the latest traffic alerts before leaving.  Traffic can be heavy prior to and after events, so please be patient, follow the instructions given by police and staff and please be respectful of our neighbors' properties.

SHUTTLES

Free shuttles to The White River Amphitheatre will be available for concert-goers for select shows in 2017. Shuttles pick up and drop off guests at the Outlet Collection (formerly The Supermall) at 1101 Outlet Collection Way, Auburn, WA.  For more specific information about shuttle pickup locations and parking at the Outlet Collection, please contact Outlet Collection Guest Services at (253) 833-9500.  Shuttle availability for other upcoming concerts will be posted as we near the show dates.  No shuttle service is available for the Brad Paisley concert on June 30th.

DROP-OFF - PICK UP ZONE

A safe drop-off/pick-up zone can be accessed via Gate 2.  Several taxi companies service the venue and they may drop guests off and pick them up at this location.

DISABLED ACCESS, PARKING & ENTRANCES

Accessible parking is available close to the main entrance; please enter at either Gate 2 and follow the signs to the nearest available ADA parking.

 ADA compliant service animals are welcome. All other animals are prohibited from entering the venue.

Limited mobility and wheelchair seating locations are available for purchase on a first-come, first-served basis.

PARKING

General parking is free. Please use Gates 1 and 2 for General Parking and Gate 2 for STAR and ADA Parking (follow signage).

STAR Parking in the venue's premium paved front parking lot may be purchased in advance. Availability is limited on a first come, first served basis. Please call ahead to confirm availability.

From Seattle/Bellevue/Eastside area:
I-405 South to SR 169/Maple Valley Hwy (Exit 4)
Travel SR 169 South through towns of Maple Valley and Black Diamond to SE 400th Street (approx 22.5 miles).
Right onto SE 400th to SR 164
Left onto SR 164 South; venue is on the right.

From Tacoma/Kitsap Peninsula area:
I-5 to Puyallup/River Road (Exit 135)
SR 167 through Puyallup to SR 410 East
Travel SR 410 through towns of Bonney Lake and Buckley (approx. 15 miles)
Left onto 244 th Ave SE to SR 164-(turn is beyond Buckley after you cross the White River).
Left onto SR 164
Venue is 5 miles on left.

From the South:
I-5 to SR 512 (Exit 127)
SR512 to SR 410 East
Travel SR410 through towns of Bonney Lake and Buckley (approx. 15 miles).
Left onto 244th Ave SE to SR 164-(turn is beyond Buckley after you cross the White River).
Left onto SR 164
Venue is 5 miles on left.

ADULT BEVERAGES

Mixed Drinks are available for purchase in the venue's three outdoor Cocktail Court plazas, and the Exclusive Eagle Club (additional fee for entry).  Beer and Wine is available in multiple locations throughout the plaza and lawn areas, as well as in the newly renovated River Lodge Beer and Wine Hall.

Please note: You must be an adult 21 & over to purchase and consume alcoholic beverages. Proper identification is required. White River Amphitheatre has a zero tolerance policy for underage drinkers.

WILL CALL

The "Will Call" window is located at the front of the Box Office, next to the main entrance gates.  The Box Office usually opens at the same time the parking lots open, generally 2 hours before the posted show time. For additional information, please contact the venue.

One 20oz factory sealed bottle of water

One clear, empty, non glass, refillable water container up to one gallon

One clear one gallon sized bag of snacks

BAG CHECK POLICY

All bags will be subject to search prior to entry into the venue.

CAMERA POLICY

Professional-style cameras with detachable lenses, audio & video recording devices are not allowed inside the venue.  Small personal cameras that fit in ones pocket are allowed. Policy is subject to change without notice.

SAFETY & MEDICAL

We make every effort to create a safe environment. Public and private security and medical staff will be present throughout the entire event. The Amphitheatre has a well staffed medical station near the main entrance gates. For further questions, please contact the venue.

Security Patrols will be in place before, during & after the event. A team of safety officers will be patrolling the venue and parking lots around the clock to ensure a safe and secure concert experience for all.

ATM's

ATM's are located throughout the venue.

DRINKING WATER

Water fountains are located throughout the venue outside of each restroom building. Bottled water is also available for purchase inside the venue. For further questions, please contact the venue.

FOOD & BEVERAGES

We are proudly serving locally sourced produce, responsibly raised meats, and vegetarian options at all Live Nation Amphitheatre's, including the White River Amphitheatre.

There is a great selection of food and beverages available at White River Amphitheatre, catering to a wide variety of tastes.

Wine, beer and frozen drinks are available throughout the site.  Liquor is available in our age-restricted areas and of course we have non-alcoholic beverages available everywhere.

On event days, venue Box Office opens when parking lots open, generally two hours prior the event time. Venue Box Office is adjacent to the amphitheatre's main gate. Groups of 20 or more call 1-360-825-6200 (not available for all shows)
Plenty of well-lit parking is available onsite. The parking fee is included in the ticket price. No fee is charged at the gate except for Star Parking. Star Parking is the paved lot closest to the entrance/exit and can be purchased on LiveNation.com. If Star Parking is available the day of the event, it will be sold at the entrance of the parking lot. Accessible parking is available on a first come first served basis in the paved lot closest to the main entrance.
