North Island Credit Union Amphitheatre Offers Mobile Ticket Entry

Please note: if you selected Mobile Entry as your ticket delivery method, that means your mobile device will be used to gain access to the event. Tickets will not be emailed or available for print if you selected Mobile Entry. You have two options to access your tickets:

1. Add tickets to your mobile wallet by downloading the Live Nation App.

- Click My Tickets and select your upcoming show.
- Add the ticket(s) to your phone's wallet and you're done!
- Present your mobile ticket(s) at entry

2. Add tickets to your mobile wallet by visiting Live Nation on your mobile browser.

- On your mobile phone, visit in your web browser and select My Tickets.
- Sign in and select your desired order.

Additional Tips:

Purchase tickets for a group? Arriving separately? Transfer tickets directly to friends and family using the Live Nation App. To expedite entry, we recommend doing this prior to arriving at the event.

- Using the Live Nation App or your phone's web browser, sign in to your account.
- Select the desired order and tap Transfer Tickets (event eligibility may vary).
- Select the ticket you'd like to transfer. Add the recipient's information and send. The recipient will receive an email with the ticket.

Due to large crowds and high traffic, be sure to leave early and give yourself plenty of time at the venue. Increase your phone screen brightness to assist with scanning. Lastly, make sure you have a fully charged battery!

In the event of traffic backups at the I-805 -- Main St / Auto Park Drive exit, continue south on I-805 to Palm Avenue (1 exit South of Main Street / Auto Park Drive). From Palm Avenue, get back on to I-805 North. Take the Main Street / Auto Park Drive Exit.

    North Island Credit Union Amphitheatre​ offers a wide variety of alcoholic beverages for purchase during your time at the venue. You are not permitted to bring any alcoholic beverages into the venue.  A valid and current Driver License or State ID card is required to purchase alcohol- guests will be required to show ID every time they purchase.




    All Access Passes

    All Access passes or Backstage Passes are not available for purchase. Visit to view any VIP packages that may involve a meet and greet or additional access. The venue box office does not sell any meet and greet, backstage or venue passes.  Be wary of anyone trying to sell you passes outside the venue.  They are likely fake.

    Animals- Service

    Service animals are permitted inside the venue during events. 

    Like many stadiums and other large places of assembly, the North Island Credit Union Amphitheatre has a "no pets" policy.  However, Live Nation’s policy explicitly permits guests with disabilities who use dogs as service animals.  North Island Credit Union Amphitheatre’s policy, consistent with ADA’s revised guidelines, defines “service animal” as limited to a dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability.  The task(s) performed by the dog must be directly related to the individual’s disability.  Emotional support animals are not permitted.

    The North Island Credit Union Amphitheatre requires, consistent with the ADA, that service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents him or her from using these devices.  Individuals who cannot use such devices must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective methods.

    Automobile Assistance

    If any assistance is needed with your vehicle please contact your normal Emergency Assistance provider or contact our Guest Services Dept.  If the venue's emergency assistance provider is available on night of show, they will assist.  Otherwise, any emergency assistance vehicles are permitted on property to assist with lockouts, jumps or tows but the guest will need to arrange for such services.

    Bag Inspections

    All bags are subject to search upon entry. Guest have the right to refuse a bag search and the venue has the right to refuse entry. If you have any items that are not allowed into the venue please return them to your vehicle.

    Banners and Signs

    Signs larger than 8.5 X 11 in are not permitted into the venue. This size is a standard sheet of paper. We do not allow banners or signs that are larger due to the potential to block other guests view of the performance. All signs must be appropriate in nature and not be a distraction to the artist.

    Box Office

    The Box Office is open Wednesday-Friday from 10am-2pm. The Box Office is also open on show days beginning at 10am.  The main box office (West Ticket Office) is located by the main (West) ticket gates.  All tickets can be purchased via


    Camera Policy

    SUBJECT TO CHANGE- The standard venue policy allows camera phones, disposable cameras, and small digital cameras. Any camera that has a detachable lens or zoom lens will be considered professional and not allowed in.  Some artists do not permit any cameras. Please check back for the Day of Show details for the show you will be attending to ensure that we will be allowing cameras.


    The venue does not allow camping or overnight parking of any kind. 

    Cancelation Policy

    All shows are Rain or Shine.  Cancelations will only occur in the event of severe weather, artist cancelation, or an act of God. In the event of a cancelation, local media will be notified and any information about a potential reschedule will be made available. Refunds will be available at the point of purchase.

    Cell Phones

    Generally, cell phones are permitted in the venue.  On occasion, comedy shows in particular, cell phones usage may not be allowed in the seating areas due to artist requests.  Venue signage will be posted to clearly state such a restriction, if the artist requires it.


    All of our events are all ages. Children under 2 do not require a ticket, but must sit on a parent's lap.

    Conceal and Carry

    North Island Credit Union Amphitheatre does not allow weapons on our property.  Guests should follow all applicable laws regarding securing a weapon in a vehicle if they have it on them when they arrive. The venue will not secure weapons and will take no responsibility for any weapons left in vehicles.


    North Island Credit Union Amphitheatre offers a wide variety of concession options through the venue. This includes cheeseburgers, hot dogs, nachos, pretzels, candy, popcorn, fountain soda (Pepsi Products), water, and Red Bull.

    Concessions are located throughout the venue in the concessions plazas on either side of stage and above the lawn.

    Credit/Debit Cards

    All main concession stands take Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Smaller stands and portable concessions may be cash only.  All merchandise stands take all major credit cards.

    Designated Driver

    Our concessionaire offers free fountain sodas to guests that commit to be the designated driver for their party. Please visit the Guest Services Booth in the West Plaza to register for the Designated Driver program.

    Drinking Water

    Guests are permitted to bring in One (1) factory sealed plastic (not glass) bottle of water up to 20 oz, (not frozen). This policy is subject to change based on artist requests or safety considerations.  Refillable (empty) plastic water bottles are permitted, but not glass bottles. Hydration Packs / Camelbacks are not permitted.

    Water fountains are located in the concessions plazas.

    Drop Offs 

    The area for vehicles to drop-off and pick-up guests is located in the Ride Share Lot on the North side of the venue, accessible from Heritage Rd.  Please follow the electronic signs to the Ride Share Lot. Guests cannot park or remain in their vehicles in the Ride Share Lot during the event- they must drop off and return 45 minutes prior to the end of the show. 


    In the event of an emergency while on site, North Island Credit Union Amphitheatre has trained paramedics to assist with any medical issues. First Aid is located in the East Plaza adjacent to the ticket gates, but any staff member with a radio can dispatch First Aid to the location needed. Local law enforcement officers are also on site for every event and can assist if needed or requested. Venue management works closely with all appropriate emergency agencies and services to ensure that we are up to date on any dangerous weather or potential crowd related issues. In the event of a weather emergency, we will communicate with guests that are inside of the facility as well as guests on their way to the venue.     Entrance Gates

    There are a total of 26 entrance gates to the facility, 16 on the West (Main) side and 10 on the East (Venue VIP) entrance. 22 gates are available for use regardless of the ticket type. There is 1 designated Fast Lane gate located at the West (Main) Ticket Gate and one on the East Ticket Gate. You must have your Fast Lane ticket to utilize this gate. North Island Credit Union Amphitheatre VIP/PSS ticket holders have a separate entry gate located at the East Ticket Gates. All guests using this gate must be VIP/PSS clients and have the appropriate ticket.  Artist Fan Club / Artist VIP ticket/pass holders check-in and enter at the West Ticket Gates.

    Fan Assistance

    If you need assistance while at an event please visit our Guest Services booth located at the West Plaza, adjacent to the main ticket gates.

    Fan Mail

    We at North Island Credit Union Amphitheatre will do our best to get any fan mail sent to the venue to the appropriate parties. However, we cannot guarantee that any package or letter will be given to an artist. We recommend visiting the artist’s website and sending any items to their designated address. We are not responsible for returning anything that is sent to the venue for an artist.

    Fast Lane

    For select events, guests can purchase Fast Lane tickets via for each event. The Fast Lane ticket does not permit the guest to enter any earlier than the designated gate time. However, it does have a shorter line. The Fast Lane Gate is located at the West (Main) Ticket Gates.

    Gate Times

    Parking lots will generally open around 4 p.m. (subject to change). Gate times vary, but are usually 1 hour prior to show time. Please check the Day of Show page or the event site as these times are subject to change. Please do not attempt to enter the venue any earlier than the designated times as you will be turned around and told to return when the parking lots open.

    Group Ticket Sales

    North Island Credit Union Amphitheatre does not offer group ticket sales. If you have a large party that will be attending the show, the only option would be to contact Anil Gupta at our Premium Seating Department at 619-671-3512. Premium Seating sells all VIP boxes, suites, and clubs at the venue that can accommodate larger parties than the standard ticket limit.

    Guest Conduct

    Guests are expected to behave respectfully and in accordance with venue policy, state and local laws. Any guest that is acting in a manner that venue management deems unsafe can be subject to eviction. If a guest violates a state or local law they will be subject to any citations or punishment deemed necessary by local law enforcement.


    Guests with Disabilities

    North Island Credit Union Amphitheatre strives to ensure that all of our guests have a great time at our venue. If you need additional assistance while you are here please make sure you let us know.

    • Ticketing- ADA tickets can be purchased online via You do not need to call the box office to place an order as all of our accessible tickets are available through Look for the  logo on the Find Tickets page to view all available accessible seats. We do have accessible seating in every price range, but be advised it does occasionally sell out. We have very limited seating available for guests on the day of the event so please make sure you purchase accessible seating when you order tickets.
    • Day of Show Parking- Accessible Parking is located nearby the ticket gates. Let the parking staff know that you need accessible parking and they will direct you to this lot. If you do not absolutely need accessible parking- please park in the general lots A , C, E, F, and G.
    • Accessible Stations- if you have questions or need assistance we have a Guest Services booth with customer service employees to help answer questions related to seating or other accommodations. The Guest Services booth is located in the West Plaza.
    • Unexpected Needs- if you have had an injury or illness that prevents you from using the original seat you purchased we strongly recommend going through to exchange all tickets for accessible. We generally have a very limited number of accessible seats available on the day of the show for such issues, so we cannot guarantee we will be able to seat you or your companions. 
    • Interpreter Requests- if you will need an interpreter for an event, please give us at least 2 weeks notice to secure. Guests that request an interpreter will need to pick up their tickets at will call. When the tickets are picked up we will introduce you to your interpreter for the evening and take you to your seats. There is no charge for interpreter services. Please call 619-671-3500 to arrange for an interpreter for your visit.
    • Accommodations- all venue bathrooms, concession stands, and merchandise stands are accessible. 


    Hearing Assistance

    Guests that require assisted listening devices can contact our venue office prior to the event to arrange for a device. Please give us at least 2 days notice. Guests that require interpreter service can call the venue and arrange this for any event. We need at least 2 weeks notice to secure an interpreter. We can be reached at 619-671-3500.

    Lawn Seating 

    The lawn area is always first come, first served. Guests may notice a row or seat number on their lawn ticket, but that is only used for tracking purposes. There are no assigned seats on the lawn.  

    Lawn Chair Rental 

    Lawn chairs are available for rent at stations on either side of the lawn and must be turned in at the end of the event. Guests are not permitted to bring their own lawn chairs.

    Lost or Stolen Tickets

    Please report any lost or stolen tickets to Ticketmaster as soon as you are aware they are missing or destroyed. If a ticket needs to be reprinted during the event, guests can visit the box office and have their ticket reprinted for a fee. 

    Lost and Found

    If you lose an item while you are at an event, you can visit our Guest Services booth located in the West Plaza to see if it has been turned in.  After event day, you can call our box office to see if the item has been located : 619-494-5600.

    Maps and Directions

    Traffic delays can be expected. Please allow ample travel time and utilize the new I-805 carpool lanes. In the event of delay at the Main St / Auto Park Drive exit, continue on 805 South to Palm Avenue (1 exit South of Main Street / Auto Park Drive). From Palm Avenue get back onto 805 North. Take the Main Street / Auto Park Drive Exit.

    To avoid heavy traffic, plan to arrive early.

    Medical Assistance

    First Aid is located in the East Plaza adjacent to the ticket gates. We have trained medical personnel that are able to assist with any issue you encounter. We have ambulances on site throughout the duration of the event that can transport guests if needed. It is recommended that guests bringing medication into the venue for necessary or possible administration during the show utilize or have with them the original container and/or label pertaining to the prescription, or other form of documentation or confirmation of personal medical use, which may be requested of the guest for examination and verification by venue staff or security. If you have medication that you need stored in a refrigerator please go to the First Aid Clinic and our medical staff will assist you. If you have a condition that requires you to use a needle for medication while you are here- please do so in our medical office so the syringe can be properly disposed of.



    Merchandise will be available for all concerts at our Swag Shack booths located in the West and East Plazas. All concert gear is property of the artist and the venue has no responsibility related to the craftsmanship or style of any merchandise. Please make sure you check that you have the correct size and there are no defects in the shirt before you walk away from the stand. The venue cannot assist with replacing or refunding any merchandise after the event has ended.

    Overnight Parking

    There is no overnight parking permitted at the venue. Any unauthorized vehicles on site prior to an event or after an event will be towed at the owners expense.


    Police Assistance

    Local law enforcement are on site for every event. On Duty law enforcement officers are the only individuals able to carry a weapon on our property. We do not allow conceal and carry weapons to be brought onto our property nor we will secure them.

    Premium / VIP Seating

    If you are interested in purchasing a floor box, season seats or club access for the season please contact our PSS department at 619-494-5635. Neither the venue receptionists nor the box office can answer questions regarding pricing or availability for these boxes.

    Premier Parking 

    Premier Parking is available for every event. The price will vary based on event. These parking tickets can be purchased prior to the show via or at the venue on show day. Premier Parking is located near the West (Main) ticket gates. Premier Parking does not guarantee early exit out of the parking lot.


    Restrooms are located in all concessions plazas.

    Scalping Tickets

    Scalping or reselling tickets is strictly prohibited on the property of the venue. Any guest caught selling tickets on property will be turned over to local law enforcement.

    Security Procedures

    When coming through the gates, please plan on security using metal detectors and/or a physical pat down for our search procedures.  All bags are subject to inspection.  If you have a medical reason for not wanting to be searched via metal detectors, please request a security supervisor.     Re-Entry is not permitted at North Island Credit Union Amphitheatre. Please ensure that everything you will need for the event is brought in with you. If you exit the gates at any point in the evening, you will not be allowed back in without a new ticket.


    Venue security and law enforcement are located throughout the facility to ensure a safe and secure environment. All security personnel are wearing white shirts and can assist with any questions or concerns. Please do not hesitate to contact our on-site staff if any assistance is needed.

    Your safety and security are most important to us.  The following details will outline our general venue’s guidelines:

    If you see something suspicious or out of place, please notify Venue Security or Police immediately


    Smoking is allowed in the concessions plazas. While we do not restrict smoking on the lawn, if guests around you are complaining we will ask you to smoke in the plazas. We appreciate your cooperation.

    Sponsorship / Hand Outs

    All sponsorship inquiries should be directed to our office. Please call 619-494-5600 and ask to speak with someone in the sponsorship department. Any handouts or activation on site needs to be cleared in advance with venue sponsorship. If you do not have permission to be on site, you will be escorted off property.

    Strollers, wagons and baby carriers

    Strollers, wagons and baby carriers are not permitted because there is nowhere for them to be stored. The lawn has an incline that makes it unsafe for strollers to be on the lawn.


    We provide an Early Bird tailgating experience in our (C) parking lot from 2pm-4pm on all shows and in certain cases opens a bit earlier.  Cost is $10 if purchased in advance or $15 day of show.  Tailgate lot becomes a general admission lot beginning at 4pm, and vehicles will be permitted to park in this lot only at parking team discretion.

    Please adhere to the following tailgating guidelines and alcohol policies (see alcohol):

    • Tailgating cannot impede vehicle or foot traffic.
    • Glass containers or bottles are prohibited in all areas of North Island Credit Union Amphitheatre. All drinks and items must be in plastic disposable containers.
    • Tailgating is restricted starting at 6pm, anyone tailgating after 6pm will be asked to go inside or leave.
    • All Guest Code of Conduct and parking policies are in effect.
    • Excessive consumption of alcohol is prohibited.
    • Amplified sound is prohibited in the parking lots.
    • Tents or canopies are not permitted.
    • Tailgating is limited to the area directly in front of or behind your vehicle only.
      Box trucks, trailers, grills in-tow, or any catering service from an outside source, are not permitted in parking lots.
    • Generators and grills must have a fire extinguisher present while in operation. Please use care when storing flammable materials and please be courteous to neighboring parking spaces in regards to noise and exhaust.
    • Tailgating may not block or restrict access to portable toilets. The use or creation of personal toilets or unregulated bathroom facilities is prohibited.
    • All guests must be in possession of a valid event ticket or credential.
    • Barbecue grills cannot be set-up in areas of overhanging tree limbs or areas that have mulched ground-cover or wood-chips.
    • Barbecue grills cannot be left unattended.
    • Makeshift barbecue grills or stand-alone fire pits will not be allowed.
    • Empty spaces may not be reserved or used exclusively for the purpose of tailgating.  Please follow the instructions of our parking directors.
    • Appropriate receptacles must be used for the disposal of hot coals.

    These practices will be strictly enforced. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in a revocation of tailgating privileges or eviction from the venue.


    Some shows do allow audio recording so please contact us prior to the event you are attending to confirm if this will be allowed.


    Traffic is controlled by local law enforcement and the venue. If there are any major traffic issues that will impact the start of the event we will post this information on our social media pages.

    VIP Lounge

    The VIP Lounge is located adjacent to the East Plaza and is for the exclusive use of the Venue VIP/PSS ticket holders. Guests must have a valid seat ticket that includes lounge access or be on the VIP Lounge list to access this lounge.

    VIP Parking

    The VIP Parking lot is located on the East side of the venue. Guests must have a pass or be on the parking list to access this lot. Guests must enter from Entertainment Circle South off of Heritage Rd.


    All shows will go on rain or shine. An event may be delayed, postponed, or canceled depending on the severity of the weather expected.  In the event of severe weather we will keep our fans notified via our social media pages.

    Will Call

    Will Call tickets are available for pickup at the box office located at the West (Main) entrance. Please make sure that you have a photo ID matching the purchasers name to pick up tickets. Any name changes need to go through Ticketmaster Customer Service- 800-653-8000.

    Guests are not permitted to put tickets in will call for other guests to pick up. You will need to arrange to meet your party at the venue to deliver tickets.

    If tickets or passes are being left for you- they will only be left at the box office or a Will Call table adjacent to the box office. This includes meet and greet passes, backstage passes, press passes, and tickets from the tour or other promotional company. We do not get these tickets until the day of the event not long before the ticket gates open, so please do not try to pick them up earlier. If your tickets/passes are not in Will Call, you will need to contact the person that left them for you to determine where they are. The box office cannot contact any member of the tour for you.

From the North: 805 south, Exit Main Street/Auto Park Drive. Proceed east approximately 3 miles and North Island Credit Union Amphitheatre will be on your right hand side at 2050 Entertainment Circle, Chula Vista, 91911. If traffic is backed up at the Telegraph Canyon Rd or Olympic exits: Stay to the left until you get close to the Main Street/Auto Park Dr. exit. If traffic is backed up at the Auto Park Dr. exit:Drive past the Auto Park Dr. Exit and exit at Palm Ave. (one exit south). Turn left and cross over the freeway, then turn left again on to the I-805 North. Then exit at Auto Park Drive.
The Box Office is closed during the off-season. During the concert season the Box Office hours of operation are Monday thru Friday from 10 AM to 2 PM, excluding major holidays. The Box Office opens at 10AM on show days. There is a $5.00 per ticket service charge when purchasing at the box office. Tickets are also available 7 days a week via or thru or by calling 800-745-3000 Venue Refund/Exchange Policy • We give you three days to change your mind. Up until one week before the event, all tickets purchased at our ticket office are fully refundable for 72 hours after the original purchase. All sales are final for ticket purchases made less than one week prior to the show. • We'll exchange your tickets if you find better ones. Up until one week before the event, if you buy new tickets from us of equal or higher price you can get a refund on your original purchase.
Parking is included in lots A, C, D, E, F, G Preferred Parking is available at a cost in Lot B.

Day of show only. Ticketmaster will call begins at 10AM. You must have the credit card used for purchase and a valid photo I.D. to pick up tickets. Generally, Artist and Promoter will call begins 1.5 hours before gates open. Times vary by show.
